Refund Policy

You can cancel a monthly membership at any time. A lifetime membership is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of paying.

Monthly membership (A$99 a month)

• Cancel at any time from your account. You keep access until the end of the month you have paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• We don't refund part of a month, except where the Australian Consumer Law requires it.

Lifetime membership (A$2,800, paid once)

• Ask within 14 days of paying and we will refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason.
• The refund ends your lifetime membership.
• After 14 days, lifetime memberships are not refundable, except where the Australian Consumer Law requires it.

Free access and codes

Free courses, and memberships given with a code such as OPENSUMMIT26, cost nothing. There is nothing to refund.

How to ask for a refund

Email team@opensummit.ai from the email address on your account, with the date you paid. We will confirm within 2 business days and refund to the card you paid with. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

These rights apply on top of this policy. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For a major failure with the service, you can cancel and get a refund for the unused portion, or compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the service.
